BugWorks is a company I recommend 100% and will continue to use. I first hired BugWorks a few years ago to make sure my house didn't have any unwanted pests. I now use them every other month for preventive maintenance and could not be happier with the service they provide. Their techs are top-notch, and when they call to set up an appointment, they are very professional and polite. In today's day, I cannot say that about all businesses I come across. I normally have the same tech come out (John T), but he was not available today. So, they sent another tech (Jaime G) and he was also an awesome tech. He was on time, professional, and very polite. He answered all questions, and when I showed him a new problem, he told me no problem, and it was an easy fix. He was great to talk to while he was completing the job he was there for. I cannot stress enough if you want the best, this is the company to call. The price they charge is more than fair, they keep their word, and they communicate with their customers.
