Sergio was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He took the time to show me the termite tunnels inside and outside my home. Then he took the time to explain the treatment options and the safety of the chemicals. This helped me in choosing what would work best for my situation. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was. He also prioritized my pets' safety and helped me reschedule the services as an extra precaution for my parrots. I wanted to move them out for a few days just to be safe, and he was very understanding about that. Overall, excellent customer service.
